In class two, the rate of evaporation is very rapid and thus it affects the whole room. Usually it affects the carpets, and cushioning as well as weakening all the walls. According to class three, the rate is very fast unlike in class two. This goes up to the ceilings, walls, carpets and floors. The effect to this class is from the above roof tops where the liquid sips into the house. This is usually due to the poor roof tops and ceiling installations.
The last class is defined by dry rate of saturation. The reason being that the room has have all what it requires for it to saturate substances with low level of permeability.
